Cancellation, Refund Policy & Payment
Payments are due upon completion of the service. Payments made after completion must be received within 15 days; otherwise, they will incur a 20% interest rate. Customers must inspect services immediately upon completion and notify us of any complaints before our technicians leave. If no written notice is received within 7 days, services are deemed acceptable.
Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations without prior warning will incur a $50 fee. Legal disputes will be handled in Alexandria, Virginia.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use aaapurificationhelp.com per these terms. Customers must inform us of any preexisting conditions and remove valuables from service areas. We are not liable for damages to items not removed.
We warrant that work will be completed professionally per our standards. If defects are found, we will correct them or refund the portion of the work affected. We are not liable for direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. If you are dissatisfied with the site or these terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

We reserve the right to change these terms at our discretion. Please review them periodically to stay informed of updates.
